A distinctive Genoa home shirt from the 1999–00 season, representing the Rossoblù during their Serie B campaign at the turn of the millennium.
Genoa finished sixth in the league, with striker Cosimo Francioso enjoying an outstanding individual campaign as the club’s leading goalscorer. Alongside attacking partner Marco Carparelli, the squad also featured long-serving club favourite Gennaro Ruotolo, young midfielder Massimo Mutarelli, defender Davide Nicola and Christian Manfredini. The season ended on a high with an impressive 3–1 away victory over Napoli.
The shirt features Genoa’s unmistakable red-and-deep-navy half-and-half design, one of Italian football’s most historic colour combinations. Contrasting yellow detailing around the collar and sleeve areas adds a particularly bold late-1990s character, while the large Festival Crociere sponsor across the chest completes its distinctive turn-of-the-millennium look.
