WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED??Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons. The most common one is if the product that you ordered is unfortunately no longer in stock. ​ Naturally, we do our best to deliver all customer orders, however very occasionally; we do have issues with stock levels. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the relevant amount of money will of course be released or refunded to your bank account. This will be completed within 3 days, but please be aware that your bank may take a few extra days to process the payment. ​ In order to get a clear understanding of why your order was cancelled, we recommend you to contact our customer service team and we will be able to assist you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS OR CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER IF IT HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET?Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order even if it has not been shipped yet. Once you receive your order, you may return any products you don't want. Your delivery address may be changed, but it depends on the time passed by after you have placed the order at our online shop. Once you have received your shipping confirmation email that means you cannot change the delivery address.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED ONLINE??Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order. If you need help re-purchasing, please contact our customer service team.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?There's a size chart on the product description page, that links to all size measurements. You can also check the size charts: IN BETWEEN SIZES? That's easier said than done. Because what do you do if you are in between two sizes? Well, that's up to you. Do you like a tight fit? Go for the smaller size. Loving a loose fit? Go for the larger size. TOP FIT If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?At the present time, orders can only be placed via our online shop. Feel free to contact our online shop customer service team, and let the advisor know what products you are interested in purchasing. They can then communicate with you through the process of placing your orders online.

HOW DO I CHECKOUT?Our simple checkout process is designed to help you complete your order and finalise your online shopping visit quickly and easily.​ You can either choose to pay with credit card, or PayPal. Once you have entered all your data on this page and clicked continue, money will only be transferred from your card once you confirm your order on the next page. Please note that to ensure the safety of your data, your debit or credit card data will not be stored on our systems. When you have completed your payment information you will enter a screen with your order overview. Please check all the information on this page, since this is your last chance to correct it. After confirming the order, your order will be processed and sent to the warehouse.

WHAT KIND OF EMAILS WILL I RECEIVE ABOUT MY ORDER?After you have placed your order at the online shop, you will receive the following E-mail messages: Order received: You should receive this confirmation within minutes after placing your order. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after the order is placed, you will be contacted by our customer service. ​ Order shipped: This means that your order has been shipped from our warehouse and it is on the way to you. This email will be sent out just after your parcel has left our warehouse. Please use the tracking-information from the carrier, included in the email, to obtain detailed tracking information. ​ Order invoice: Once your order has been shipped you will receive an invoice for your order.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?10-15 working days for arrival once the order has been placed. We are working hard to pack and deliver your order as quickly as possible. To check the status of your order, provide your tracking number here. ​ *PLEASE NOTE: Our warehouse is closed on Saturday. For orders placed on or the day before Saturday, delivery time will be extended by 1 - 2 working days. Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve our right to cancel your order and/or make such an order subject to additional terms and conditions. Our Customer Service team will notify you of cancellation and/or such conditions as soon as reasonably practicable after you place your order.

HOW MUCH ARE DELIVERY COSTS?United 8 Sports charges flat shipping rates per ship-to address. Rates are as follows: ​ Standard (£7.99 or FREE on orders over £55) *PLEASE NOTE: 1. Delivery times may vary during sale or peak periods due to high order volumes. 2. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. 3. For all orders exceeding a certain value, shipping is offered for free. 4. Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed.

HOW LONG AFTER I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?Your online tracking information will be available to you as soon as our delivery team updates our system. CAN MY DELIVERY ADDRESS BE DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?Yes, it is possible. During the checkout process, you can choose different addresses. Please note that this option is only valid for addresses within the same country.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER AND DELIVERY STATUS?Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link to track your order online. You will then be able to track your order via the online tracker. As this relies on our delivery team to update, please allow 2-3 days for this information to be updated.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER?There are two reasons why the courier has not been able to deliver your order: • Incorrect shipping address (normally missing the flat/unit number); or • Item has not been collected within the required time frame from your local post office. ​
