Product Descriptions & Prices
We make every effort to describe and depict our products as accurately as possible. Despite this, slight variations in items may occur. If you have any questions or would like more information on any of our products, please contact Customer Services.
We make every effort to ensure that prices shown are correct at the point of publication, whether it be on the website, online advertisement, catalogue or other printed advertisement.
In the event that a product has been ordered and a pricing error discovered, we will notify you of the correct price and provide the option of proceeding with the order at that price or cancelling. We will not be liable to supply that item at the incorrect price, provided we have not already shipped the item to you. If you decide to cancel, we will issue a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.
We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range. If an item is out of stock, we will not allow customers to place an order on the website. However, we do offer the facility for pre-ordering items where we can confirm an expected delivery date.
Ordering & Payment Methods
Our website only accepts orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by the website to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and payments by PayPal.
Customers will be debited by their credit card company according to the exchange rate of the day on which the order is placed.
Promotional Codes / Discounts / Coupon Redemption: Only one promotional code/discount coupon can be used against any single order. Promotional codes/discount coupons will not be honoured beyond their expiration date.
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 working days of receiving your order, however, the order processing time is dependent upon several factors:
Processing time may vary depending on the time of year. Please allow slightly longer during the Holiday Season.
Please allow an additional 2 days for orders including nameset printing and/or patches. While most lettering is held in stock, occasionally it will be necessary for us to special order lettering to complete your personalised order, which can take considerably longer.
If you wish to cancel your order, please advise us of your intent to do so as soon as possible. If the item(s) has not been shipped we will cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy below. If the item(s) have been shipped we are unable to stop delivery. You may refuse to sign for the delivery so that the item(s) are returned to us and we will refund in accordance with our refund policy below. If you have already taken delivery please follow the return procedure below.
We reserve the right to cancel any order.
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but should you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please inform us, either by email or by webpage chat, of any item you intend to return within 5 days of taking delivery. Returns must be made within 30 days of taking delivery. All items must be returned with all outer packaging and labels intact and be in the exact condition in which they were received. Please include a copy of your commercial invoice with all returns. Please also note on the invoice the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If a returned item is found to be non-faulty, correct, and of the correct size, We will not accept any costs incurred in returning the item. If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will not include the original shipping charge for the order.
If a returned item is found to be faulty, incorrect, or of the incorrect size, return postage will be refunded upon receipt. If an exchange item is to be sent, the customer will not be responsible for the shipping charge on the exchange item. In the event that an exchange is requested but not available a refund will be issued. If a refund is to be issued, it will be in the amount of the purchase price of the returned item. It will only include the original shipping charge for the order if the faulty, incorrect, or incorrect size item was the only item in the original order, or if other items not returned from the order totalled less than 10% of the order's value.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used to make the purchase.
Any claims for non-receipt of orders must be made within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: Shirts that have been printed with a personalised name and/or number or a loose personal name and/or number we have supplied cannot be returned for a refund or replacement. Unless there has been an error on our part.
Loose names and/or numbers are supplied with recommended sticking instructions, however, we STRONGLY recommend you seek professional assistance (local club shop for example) when applying these to your own shirt as conventional irons do not get hot enough to firmly apply for the names and numbers. We are also only liable for damage to faulty items supplied and not your shirt if damaged during the printing process.
We can also accept no responsibility for loose prints and/or shirts if they have been incorrectly printed by a 3rd party. We do offer a service where you can send us your shirt for printing. We do this for a small fee, plus additional for return postage.
Some of our loose names and numbers are over 10 years old and as such may not be 100% effective. As we are unable to test these items before dispatch we are unable to accept responsibility for printing errors. That said, we will never knowingly sell the faulty stock.
Please contact customer support to get the returning address.
We strongly recommend that you send any returns via an insured, trackable service. After sending your return, please email the tracking number of your return along with your order number to customer support. Returned items remain the property of the customer until they are safely delivered at the address provided by us. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Our Responsibility to You
If we are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, we will only be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are a foreseeable consequence to both of us at the time you make the relevant order. Our products are for personal use only and our liability shall not, in any event, include business losses such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption.
Our liability to the customer in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the order.
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms & Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms & Conditions and we choose not to exercise our rights and remedies regarding the breach, we will still be entitled to our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
