Created for the 2026–27 campaign, the away jersey pays tribute to Reginald Mitchell, the Stoke-on-Trent-born engineer responsible for designing the legendary Spitfire aircraft.
 
The front features a striking green camouflage-inspired graphic, referencing the appearance of early Spitfire aircraft, while contrasting red and blue accents take inspiration from the famous roundels seen on early aircraft.
